Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. potatoes
    12 eggs, hard-boiled
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook and shred potatoes; cool.
    Put potatoes, eggs, onions and celery in a large bowl.
    Mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Let set overnight.
    It is important that potatoes are shredded, such as shoestring, rather than just cubed.
