Zucchini Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: baking powder and soda
2 tsp. cinnamon and cloves
1 to 2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
