Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 c. raw diced rhubarb
sliced strawberries (if desired)
3/4 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix into crumbs the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter. Press half the crumbs into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover crumbs with rhubarb.
Add a layer of strawberries if desired. Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Cook until clear in color. Then pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
