Ingredients

3 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. butter
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat yolks and sugar until pale.
Melt chocolate, water and butter together, then add to yolks.
Beat whites with salt until stiff and fold into the chocolate.
Spoon into dishes.
