Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 round or flank steak, sliced thinly
3 c. water
3 beef bouillon
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped coarsely
Preparation

Brown beef in oil until all moisture is absorbed.
Add 3 cups water and bouillon.
While these are cooking, mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce in small bowl and add to skillet mixture. Boil that until clear.
Add celery; cook about 10 minutes or until tender; add pepper and onion; cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve over rice.
