Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Wash and scrape carrots and slice into 1-inch pieces. Parboil in enough water to cover carrots. When tender, drain and puree carrots in blender. Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour and carrots. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
