Broccoli Cheese Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. boiling water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 (8 oz.) noodles
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
    Saute onion in oil and set aside.
    Add bouillon to boiling water.
    Add noodles.
    Cook until almost done.
    Add broccoli and cook until done.
    Add onion, cheese, milk and seasonings.
    Cover and let simmer.
