Pineapple Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless pork chops, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid)
1 green pepper, cut in 1 to 2-inch strips
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
rice, cooked
Preparation

Brown pork in small amount of oil in a large frying pan.
Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 3/4 cups.
Add pepper to pork after about 5 to 10 minutes.
Saute about 5 minutes.
Add juice, salt and pepper to taste and simmer, covered, until pork is tender.
