Chinese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. won ton wrappers
    cooking oil for deep frying
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet or pot until it is hot.
    Drop several won ton wrappers in oil at a time; cook until they are golden brown, about 1 minute.
    Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
    After draining, sprinkle wrappers with powdered sugar. Serve.
