Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 tall can crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix and bake cake according to directions.
    While still slightly warm, poke holes in cake with straw.
    Pour over the can of pineapple, juice included.
    Mix vanilla pudding using 1 1/2 cups of milk instead of 2 cups.
    Fold Cool Whip into pudding Spread over pineapple.
    Sprinkle shredded coconut on top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Yummy and light.
