Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. cooked pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon together.
    Set aside.
    Blend sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in pumpkin and blend well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool in pans.
    Cover with foil if you desire a very moist cake.
