Lea'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1 c. plain corn meal
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. whole milk
1 egg or egg substitute
Preparation

Heat cast-iron skillet in oven until hot with oil.
Sprinkle small amount corn meal in pan before pouring batter into pan.
Mix ingredients well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
