Speedy Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in brown sugar and salt. Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring.
    Add milk; continue stirring until mixture comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and blend in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
    Thin with water if too thick or add more sugar if too thin.
