Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. asparagus
    1 lb. green beans
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 green pepper
    3 carrots
    1 sweet potato
    1/4 - 1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Trim asparagus and green beans.
    Cut peppers into strips.
    Pare carrots and sweet potato and cut into bite size pieces.
    Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Bake in large roasting pan, turning occasionally about 30 minutes.
