Almond Chicken(Casserole Or Crepe Filling) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 1/2 chicken breasts
several Tbsp. mayonnaise (enough to make moist)
1 block Swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
salt and pepper
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove skin and bones and cut into chunks.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Good as cold chicken salad or baked in casserole dish (350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes) as hot chicken dish.
Or place heaping teaspoons in each crepe and roll.
Place crepes on baking pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 10 to 12 minutes until hot and golden brown.
Serves 12.
