Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot lean sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grate the cheese.
    Mix ingredients together.
    Mixture will be dry until thoroughly mixed.
    Shape into balls the size of small walnuts.
    Bake on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels if necessary.
