Wet Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 flour tortillas
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onions; drain.
    Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add enchilada sauce and soup; simmer 10 minutes more.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, spoon mixture into tortillas. Roll and insert toothpick to hold in place.
    Reserve some mixture for top of rolled tortillas.
    Top with cheese.
    Place in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts and warmed through.
    Serves 6. May top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.
