Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Accent
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim off fat.
Semi-freeze meat and slice with the grain, making strips approximately 2 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Place meat in shallow baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat.
Marinate overnight.
