Eggs Day Ahead - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 dozen eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 cup sharp shredded cheese
    2 lb. cooked sausage, ham or bacon, crumbled
    2 large cans mushrooms
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 cup Sherry
Preparation
    Scramble eggs with milk and 1/2 of butter.
    Saute mushrooms in remaining butter.
    Mix soup and sherry, heat in small pan.\tPut eggs in 9 x 13 baker, cover with meat, mushrooms and soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 250 for 50 minutes uncovered.
    Serves 10-12.
