Southwestern Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 can navy beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
    1 spring onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, chili powder, salt, black powder and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients and gently toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
