Kasutera(Japanese Honey Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. honey
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, honey and sugar until very thick.
    Add flour, beating well.
    Pour into a greased oblong 9 x 12-inch baking pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted comes out clean.
    Cool in pan.
    Serve cut into strips and dusted with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 6.
