Rhubarb Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 c. diced, raw rhubarb
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift together 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in butter.
    Add egg and milk; mix.
    Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Arrange rhubarb in pie shell.
    Sprinkle with gelatin.
    Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
