Chicken Chas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small diced onion
1/2 diced green pepper
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 diced garlic cloves
salt and pepper
1 lb. thin egg noodles
1 bottle white wine
Preparation

Cook chicken and chop into bite size pieces.
Mix mayo, soup and cheese over low heat until all is melted, stirring constantly. Combine remaining ingredients, except wine.
Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cook noodles; pour sauce on top, then squeeze lemon juice on top.
Open wine.
Oh, it's soo . . . good!
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
