Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. venison or sandwich steaks
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. (Wright's) liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all together; pour over meat.
    Refrigerate overnight. Stir once or twice.
