Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. crab meat
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. milk
1 c. grated American cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth. Sprinkle lemon juice over crab meat.
Add remaining ingredients to sauce; mix well and pour into greased casserole.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields approximately 6 servings.
