Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large potato (red or white)
3 pats butter or margarine
garlic salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Slice potato as if for French frying into foil (large enough to wrap potato).
Place butter or margarine on top of pattie. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 1.
