Chili Con Quesa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small can Ortega green chilies, diced
1 c. canned tomatoes, diced
2 onions, diced
1/2 bottle beer
Preparation

Put all ingredients into large bowl.
Set microwave oven to High.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until well melted.
Stir every three minutes so cheese does not burn on bottom.
Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
