Avocado And Crabmeat Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 cans crabmeat, drained
    1 large, ripe avocado
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. fine sliced celery
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    lettuce
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over 1 1/2 cups of water in top of double boiler.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Place over hot water and stir until dissolved.
    Refrigerate approximately 30 minutes until syrupy. Separate crabmeat pieces.
    Cut avocado in half.
    Press chunked and peeled avocado through sieve until measures 1 cup.
    Toss crabmeat, avocado, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, celery, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Mix with gelatin and pour into 6-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm.
