Breaded Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Dip venison steaks into beaten egg, then dry mixture, then repeat.
    Fry in oil until done or you can bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
