Gingered Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch thick julienne strips.
    Heat a wok or skillet and add cooking oil.
    Add zucchini and toss gently for 1 minute.
    Add all remaining ingredients and stir-fry for another few seconds, or until the sauce is hot.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
