Fail-Proof Egg And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 slices buttered bread
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of dry mustard
    1 c. grated cheese
    cooked ham, bacon and sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread and tear remainder into pieces to line the bottom of a small cake pan.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together and pour over the bread.
    Keep in the refrigerator overnight.
    Put on cheese just before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on depth of pan.
