Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium white potatoes
    8 slices bacon
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. salad oil
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (whole) in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender (15 to 20 minutes).
    Drain; let stand a few minutes until cool enough to handle, then peel.
    Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
    Place in a salad bowl.
    In skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove, crumble and add to potatoes.
    To fat in skillet, add onions and cook until transparent.
    Next, add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, bouillon cubes and water.
    Bring to a boil, while stirring and dissolving bouillon cubes.
    Pour with salad oil over potatoes; toss carefully.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    It's best to prepare 45 minutes before serving time.
