Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    juice of 1 lemon
    butter
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    16 oz. backfin crab meat
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.
    Add milk, salt and pepper; simmer over medium-low heat until thickened. Cool.
    Mix with crab.
    Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire and lemon juice.
    Mix well and spoon into casserole dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until top browns and casserole is hot.
