Mama'S Refrigerator Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    6 to 7 c. flour
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and oil in large bowl.
    Add scalded milk and then cool mixture.
    Add 2 well beaten eggs.
    In a separate bowl, dissolve 2 packages of yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Add to mixture. Beat in 3 cups of flour to make a soft batter.
    Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
    Beat down; add 3 to 4 cups flour.
    Do not make dough too stiff.
    Rub Wesson oil lightly over dough. Cover and let rise in refrigerator overnight.
