Cranberry Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add orange rind, cranberry sauce, pineapple and celery.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart dish and chill until firm (3 to 4 hours).
Makes 12 servings.
