Totable Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium size ripe peaches
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Peel and pit peaches; slice into 2-quart casserole.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch to peaches.
    Mix gently. Sprinkle with topping (recipe below).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until center is bubbly and topping is browned.
