Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks broccoli, chopped in bite-sized pieces
    1 c. cashews, toasted in butter
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
