Old Fashion Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. dried apples, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. cider
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. magarine
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix well the apples, cider, honey, brown sugar, buttermilk, eggs and margarine.
Add the dry ingredients, mixing well.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
