Aunt Emma'S Spicy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round or chuck steak
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. French's barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. French's minced onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pound flour into meat using meat hammer or the edge of a heavy saucer.
    Brown in oil in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
