Apple Pie (Deep Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 or 8 apples, sliced
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (for spicy pie use 1/2 tsp. each)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except butter and lemon juice, and let stand
    while preparing pastry.
    Line deep
    pie
    pan
    with pastry; add filling, dot with butter and drop lemon juice over top of pie. Cover with top crust.
    Bake for
    35 to 45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
