Justine'S Scallop-Shrimp Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops (sea scallops are good, cut in quarters)
2 lb. frozen shrimp (medium to large size)
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers (1 sleeve), crushed and mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Line a 13 x 9-inch dish with the crackers (save enough for topping).
Boil shrimp 3 minutes until just pink.
Cut scallops into quarters.
Mix soup with mayonnaise.
Mix all together.
Pour into dish lined with crushed crackers. Sprinkle top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
