Ma King'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 level tsp. soda
    2 heaping tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    enough flour to make stiff dough (about 4 to 5 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all together, then\ttake small portion of dough and roll thin,
    and cut
    in\tlittle\tcircles.
    A
    little
    coconut sprinkled on top before baking
    is
    good
    if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Don't overcook.
