Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
toasted coconut
Preparation

Combine flour, butter and pecans in bowl; mix well.
Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cream sugar and cream cheese in bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
Fold in 16 ounce Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled layer.
Combine pudding mix and milk in mixer bowl until thickened.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over top.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Chill several hours.
