Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in 1 cup boiling salted water in saucepan for 3 minutes, stirring to break apart; drain.
    Combine egg, cheese, mayonnaise and soup in bowl; mix well.
    Mix in broccoli.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
