Wild Rice And Mushroom Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. wild rice
    1/4 c. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/8 c. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of sage
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. bell pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook the rice and drain.
    Brown sausage, add butter, mushrooms, onions, celery, bell pepper and parsley.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir the rice into the sausage mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Excellent with charbroiled steaks and a crisp green salad.
