Coriander Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. ground coriander
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. water
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Sift together flour, coriander, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Blend into creamed mixture and add water; beat well. Drop from spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    These are real good!
