Second Night Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

leftover steak or roast, chipped (about 2 c.)
1 medium onion, diced
2 envelopes gravy mix
1 medium can mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
water (amount called for on gravy envelope)
Preparation

Brown onions in butter.
Add mushrooms and chipped meat. Sprinkle gravy mix over your meat and add water.
Stir well.
(You can make your own gravy, if you prefer.)
Bring to a boil and reduce to lowest heat.
Simmer about 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
