Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 bag shredded coconut
small bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together oleo, oil, sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Set aside.
Sift together flour, cocoa and baking soda.
Add the sifted mixture to the first mixture, blending well with a wooden spoon.
Add the zucchini and mix well.
Grease, but do not flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread coconut on bottom of pan.
Pour batter over coconut.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
