Pumpkin Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk or sour cream
1/3 c. chopped pecans or raisins
Preparation

Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, buttermilk, pecans or raisins.
Beat eggs.
Add rest of moist ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
