Party Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    2/3 c. cold water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/6 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sweet pickle, chopped
    7 oz. can crabmeat
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water, dissolving over hot water, cool to lukewarm.
    Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    In bowl mix egg, celery, pickle and crabmeat, then add gelatin mixture.
    Pour into individual molds and chill.
